You have many options when considering getting help in creating, adopting, or adapting resources within Pressbooks.
- UW Librarians are available to meet with you to support escalated problems encountered with copyright or finding open access sources. If you have any questions, contact us at coeref@uwyo.edu. Librarians are also happy to support escalated Pressbooks issues. As a Pressbooks user, you’ll be asked to complete and document initial troubleshooting. If additional technical support is needed, librarians will support you in filing a ticket as needed through your network manager.
- Pressbooks has a variety of resources and support tools to support your work including: the Pressbooks User Guide, a community forum, or The Simple 5 Step Guide to Making a Book with Pressbooks.
To request a UW Pressbooks account you will need to complete this form and consult with a librarian about your desired project, copyright, and other resources. Please consider applying to the UW Libraries alt-textbook grant program to support your work in creating Open Educational Resources.
