In the end, you will be able to 1) say which clothing you like to wear, 2) name some clothing that you do not like to wear, and 3) talk about your preferences in clothing.

3) Clothing preferences

You might remember from Deutsch im Alltag I (or from your previous German experience) that the word Lieblings- is a word that you can place in front of an object to indicate favorite. Keep that in mind when you see the following phrases below: lieber and am liebsten. When you read the sentences below, can you guess whether they are talking about the items of clothing in a positive or negative way?

Ich trage lieber Jeans als Leggings.

Ich trage Trainingshosen am liebsten.
